Bin Cleaning T & Cs When We Clean We clean your bins on the same day as your waste collection or the following day. Please make sure your bins are empty and easy to access on the day of your clean. ⸻ Access It’s the customer’s responsibility to leave bins in a spot that our team can reach easily. If we can’t access your bin (for example, if it’s behind a locked gate or blocked), the clean will be marked as missed, and no refund will be issued. We’ll always do our best to access safely and respectfully. ⸻ Payments Our service runs on a monthly subscription, paid in advance. If a clean is missed due to access issues, it’s still chargeable, as our team will have attended your address. ⸻ Cancellations Subscriptions are provided under a 12 month locked in agreement.  Please note that refunds aren’t available for part-months or for cleans that have already been paid for. ⸻ Service Limitations For safety reasons, we can’t clean bins that contain:    •    Excessive rubbish    •    Hazardous materials    •    Sharp or dangerous objects If this happens, we’ll have to skip the clean, but the visit will still be chargeable. ⸻ Weather & Delays Sometimes the British weather (or other operational issues!) can get in the way. If your clean is delayed, don’t worry — we’ll reschedule it as soon as possible. ⸻ Liability We take great care when cleaning, but we can’t be held responsible for damage caused by existing bin defects such as cracks, loose wheels, or broken lids. Customers are responsible for maintaining or replacing their bins, whether they’re council-issued or privately owned. ⸻ Our Environmental Promise We care about keeping things clean — inside and out! That’s why we only use eco-friendly cleaning products and dispose of wastewater responsibly to protect the environment.
